Back in fall 2017, I was stuck between committing to several more years of pharmacy school (although I already had a bachelors degree in marketing) and starting some kind of successful business. Of course, I chose the latter although I had no idea what business.
For years, I designed and hand-painted backdrops as a side hustle. Gradually, I picked it up full-time after leaving school. (Yes, I still paint sometimes.) However, I quickly realized using all my time to paint was not creating the income that I wanted.
I bet you are thinking I immediately went right into this design thing, huh? Nope. I actually only dabbled briefly with geofilters because of my Flirty Thirty Birthday Bash. Just DAYS before, I saw a young lady's birthday geofilter on SnapChat. I had never seen that before and was intrigued... and KNEW that I could figure out how to make one myself.
So after lots and lots of research, I finally figured out the basics. Prior to this, I was the greenest of newbies only using Microsoft products for my designs. So finding and THEN teaching myself to use the FREE software that I found was quite...interesting. But I did it. It definitely was not the greatest design, but I DID IT! Haha.
...Then almost a year went by without making anymore geofilters. But one day, an associate on mine asked who made my birthday filter, and on that day my business was born. With every design, I learned more and more and got better and better. So it's been a long, gradual process for me. I realized nobody really teaches how to make a geofilter from start to finish, so HERE I AM. And from geofilters, I went to backdrops, T-shirt designs, flyers, invitations, and NOW even blankets.
I made it my goal to help other designers (or other people who are just simply interested) cut out the guess work and time spent on teaching themselves. I put together an extensive training that I know you will enjoy and learn from. Follow my program from start to finish, and you will have what you need to start creating your very own designs as well and creating physical products.
